These Terms govern your use of the Samo iGaming platform and the Survivor Crash game. Operators should review the full API Documentation and operator agreement for B2B-specific terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Samo iGaming platform and the Survivor Crash game ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, players, and operators.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. Samo iGaming reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted.
3. Service Description
Survivor Crash is a multiplayer Battle Royale crash game provided on a B2B basis to licensed gaming operators. Samo iGaming provides the game software, RNG, and settlement infrastructure. Operators are responsible for player account management, deposits, withdrawals, and local regulatory compliance.
4. Provably Fair System
All game rounds use a Provably Fair RNG system based on HMAC-SHA256. Each round's crash point is deterministically derived from a server seed, client seed, and nonce. The server seed hash is published before each round, and the seed is revealed after settlement. Players can independently verify any round via the verification tool.
5. Game Rules
Players place bets before each round begins. The multiplier grows exponentially from 1.00x. Players must cash out before the crash point to win their bet multiplied by the current multiplier. Elimination zones may force-cash-out active players at the current multiplier — this is EV-neutral. The last remaining active player wins the Survivor Jackpot. 6. RTP and Fairness
The game is configured at 96.0% Total RTP (94.5% base RTP + 0.5% survivor pool + 1.0% jackpot contribution). The mathematical model is strategy-independent: no cash-out strategy can alter the expected return. A maximum win cap of 10,000x is enforced per round.
7. Operator Responsibilities
Operators integrating the Survivor Crash API are responsible for: (a) verifying player identity and age, (b) processing deposits and withdrawals, (c) enforcing local regulatory requirements, (d) providing responsible gaming tools to players, and (e) maintaining the confidentiality of API keys and webhook secrets.
8. Idempotency and Transactions
All write API operations require an X-Request-Id header for idempotent processing. Duplicate requests with the same ID are rejected. All transactions are logged in an immutable audit ledger with a 24-hour rollback window for dispute resolution.
9. Limitation of Liability
Samo iGaming provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Samo iGaming shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the operator in the preceding 30 days.
10. Intellectual Property
All software, game mechanics, branding, and documentation are the intellectual property of Samo iGaming. Operators receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to operate the game for the duration of their partnership agreement. Reverse engineering or redistribution is prohibited.
11. Modifications
Samo iGaming reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to operators via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction as specified in the operator agreement.
